Processing
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days following payment confirmation.
For custom orders, estimated shipping times will be provided based on parts availability and current production demand.
All orders are shipped from England. Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery times
All services are fully tracked and insured.
- UK Orders: Free shipping over £100.00, otherwise a charge of £4.00 is applied. Packages are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked48 services which are quoted to deliver in two working days.
- International Orders: Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout. Packages are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services which are quoted to deliver within 7-15 working days.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing, holiday periods, or postal service disruptions.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
All customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Import Taxes & Duties
- For the United States: Import duties and taxes for US orders are prepaid by us. In most cases, no additional charges will be due on delivery. Any additional fees / charges applied by local customs authorities are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient, although we have not encountered this issue to date.
- For customers outside the US: Please note that any import taxes, customs charges, or processing fees are not covered by the item price or shipping costs. These fees differ between countries and must be paid by the customer where applicable.
Losses and damages
All of our items are sent securely packaged and with tracked delivery to ensure their safety. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss solutions. Please note: In this scenario we ask you provide pictures /videos of the whole parcel and items inside, so we can report your package to the correct authorities.
Updates and support
